Description
A wine produced from the Garnacha and Tempranillo grape varieties.
This wine is blend of selected grapes from vines more than 30 years old (Garnacha) and 20 years old (Tempranillo).
Harbest takes place from the second week in September.
Alcoholic strength 13%.
Serve at 18º-20ºC.
Presented in a Bordeaux Seduction bottle.
ALCOHOL: 13 % vol.
GRAPE VARIETIES: 60% Garnacha and 40% Tempranillo.
VINEYARD CHARACTERISTICS:
-Garnacha: selected vineyards over 30 years old.
-Tempranillo: selected vineyards over 20 years old.
HARVEST: Second week of September onwards.
WINE MAKING: Traditional wine making, fermented at 28ºC followed by a maceration for 15 days.
AGING: the wine ages for 9 months in American oak casks, completing its ageing in bottle for at least 12 months.
TASTING:
• Colour: Ruby red colour of medium intensity with violet tones, clean and bright.
• Aroma: Medium intensity, complex aromas of ripe fruit and spices.
• Palate: Smooth, full tasting and harmonic with the tannins from the oak, with a pleasing complexity that lingers on.
SERVE: between 18º-20ºC.
